Paul Caldron, DO, FACP, FACR, MBA is a United States trained physician certified in internal medicine, rheumatology and geriatric medicine and is former CEO of the largest rheumatology group in the southwestern United States. He has been principal or sub-investigator on numerous pharmaceutical trials in the field of rheumatology. Dr. Caldron completed business training for an MBA degree at the top ranked Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, USA.

ZAO SHAG maintains eight distribution offices and 48 representatives in Russia for pharmaceuticals and durable medical products. Dr. Shafranovskiy is also a major shareholder in the Implanta Group of companies focused on the distribution of cardiovascular implantable devices. Dr. Shafranovskiy maintains close working relationships with national thought leaders and health system directors throughout the regions.

Andrei Bazarov, MD, is currently Medical Director for AmeRuss and Acting Country Manager overseeing Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Dr. Bazarov holds a medical degree in Surgery (Russian State Medical University, Moscow). He took part as a Sub-investigator and Principal Investigator in numerous clinical studies in various fields of medicine especially surgical infections and sepsis, oncology, and vascular surgery. He is the past Executive Secretary of Surgical Infection Association of Russia (SIA-R), Secretary of the Moscow branch of Interregional Association of Clinical Microbiology and Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (IACMAC). He is currently and has been a member of Surgical Infection Society of North America (SIS-NA), the All-Russian Scientific Medical Society of Surgeons, the Russian Oncology Society, Ethics Committee of Burdenko Main Military Clinical Hospital. Dr. Bazarov is organizer and an active trainer and speaker on ICH GCP trainings, workshops, and seminars, and consultant on the Russian and CIS countries national legislations in the field of clinical trials.
